Thanksgiving is coming and with it, it's a time for watching the parade while the delicious smell of a big dead bird fills the house. For many - it also means spending time with the relatives. North Country Bee Works is family run and - of course - we wouldn't be where we are without the support of a great extended family (and awesome friends). But we get it - we know not all of you are that lucky. So to help those of us who are dealing with uncomfortable conversations about politics, religion, and dating advice - we're kicking off a weeklong celebration of holiday survival cocktails. 2 ounces fine Scotch whisky (if you can't tell from the below photo, we like Glenfiddich 12)
2 tablespoons North Country Select honey
Dash or two of Angostura bitters
Garnish with an orange peel
Enjoy stirred over ice
