Here are simple ways you can make a big impact:
Plant Late Bloomers: Add fall-blooming plants like asters and goldenrods to your garden. They provide essential nectar for bees and butterflies.
Leave Some Mess: Consider leaving a small patch of your garden "wild" with leaves and twigs. It's a cozy spot for native pollinators to nest.
Skip the Pesticides: Avoid chemical pesticides in your garden. They can harm our precious pollinators.
Provide Water: A shallow dish with pebbles gives bees a safe place to drink.
Learn & Share: Spread the word about the importance of pollinators. Educate friends and family about their vital role.
